Exchange and Refund Policy

All of our products come with a 7 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with complete peace of mind. If for any reason, you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, just return it unopened within the 7 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. (p&p costs can not be refunded).

Unfortunately, we cannot replace any products that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.

Your request to exchange or for a refund must be made in writing (e-mail) within 7 working days from the day after delivery. You are required throughout the period prior to return to retain the goods and take reasonable care of them. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail so we can arrange the return. We will issue a full refund on the price paid for the item within 30 days of cancellation after the item has been received by us.

You may be liable for any shipping costs if the item is returned or exchanged due to reasons other than received damage. You can always return items if they are defective. Please see below for details of how to return defective items to us.

To return an item, please wrap the package securely and send the package to the address on your packing slip. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all accompanying parts and literature. Then send the package to the address on your packing slip.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

We are proud of the quality of our products and highest possible level of service, we strive to make sure you are completely satisfied. The products that we sell are manufactured under strict quality controls. Occasionally though, we know you may find an item to be faulty.

If you find any of our items to be faulty, within 7 working days from the day after delivery, you may return it to us for a replacement. If you wish to return an item please contact us by e-mail (sales@nonstopbazaar.com) so we can arrange the return. We will issue a like for like exchange for the item within 30 days of cancellation after the item has been received by us. 

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, we will refund any postal costs provided you send us a receipt. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
